Dismissal for Paramedic Charged with Careless Driving

Recently, Worgul, Sarna & Ness, Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC represented a 62-year old Pittsburgh paramedic, charged with careless driving after rear-ending another vehicle while driving an ambulance. Careless driving is a three-point violation and this family man and grandfather with no prior traffic offenses was understandably concerned about how this would affect his reputation and career.
