Man Sees CDL Speeding Violation Reduced

Not long ago, a man was attempting to visit his mother in the hospital but was pulled over by police for speeding and consequently charged with going 27 miles over the posted speed limit, which is a five-point traffic violation in Pennsylvania. The man, who was am Army veteran and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) holder did not want to see his driving record tainted or his employment negatively impacted by this CDL speeding violation, so he contacted the Pennsylvania traffic lawyer Samir Sarna for assistance.
