Man With Commercial Driver’s License Found Not Guilty On Three Charges

A 55-year-old man with his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) was recently charged with three driving offenses including driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving, and excessive speeding. As a CDL driver, it was important he keep any points off of his record or to a minimum. With the risk of his insurance rates increasing drastically, the man contacted attorney Samir Sarna for help.

Conveniently for our client, it was not necessary that he make the trip from Florida. On behalf of his client, Sarna attended the hearing. He knew it was important to get a reduced outcome for his client based on the competitive industry he was working in. Sarna had a strong defense and knew the evidence was slim. At the preliminary hearing in Washington County, the judge agreed that there was not sufficient evidence against our client and found him not guilty on all three charges.
