Man With Prior DUI Misses Jail Time, Sentenced To House Arrest With SCRAM Device

A 41-year-old man from Butler, Pennsylvania was found in violation of his probation. The man was accused of drinking alcohol while serving a house arrest sentence for his second DUI.
