Man With Priors Found Not Guilty in Public Drunkenness Case

A 30-year-old Homestead Township man with multiple past priors, was charged with public drunkenness. His attorney at the time, recommended 10 hours of community service to get the case withdrawn, along with drug and alcohol evaluation. He did not complete either and was found guilty. At this point, he contacted Pittsburgh Criminal Defense attorney Samir Sarna at Worgul, Sarna & Ness, Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC and received a summary appeal in Allegheny County. The officer had minimal evidence against our client and the judge agreed. He was found not guilty.

The outcome of an individual case depends on a variety of factors unique to that case. Case results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any similar or future case.
