Old Criminal Charge Expunged For Mercer County Man

A 52-year-old man from Mercer County was looking to get an old criminal charge expunged from his record that was not properly handled by a past attorney a few years back. The man’s case was expungement eligible, however, it was never granted. This old charge on his background was preventing the man from gaining meaningful employment and participating in other opportunities within the community.
