Pittsburgh Woman Charged In Two Identical Cases, Felonies Dropped

A 50-year-old Pittsburgh woman was charged with a felony delivery of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. She had a second case with the exact same charges and was on probation. This resulted in a probation detainer, which meant she was required to sit in jail until the new case was completed. Our client did not want to do this.

Criminal defense attorney Mike Worgul went directly to work for her. He got her felony charges dropped. We also got her transferred from jail to a drug program where she could get help. After she was released from the program, our client did very well. She moved on to become a store clerk.
