Possession of a Controlled Substance Charge Nets Probation

Our client was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The substance he was charged with possessing was alprazolam, an anti-anxiety drug marketed under the brand names Xanax or Niravam. Alprazolam is a Schedule IV controlled substance.
