Woman With Multiple Charges and Prior DUI, No Jail Time

A thirty-year-old Pittsburgh woman was charged with a DUI, a felony of fleeing and eluding police, receiving stolen property, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and reckless driving. With a prior DUI on her record and facing 90 days in jail, the stay-at-home mom knew she needed a strong representation in court.
