Second DUI Reduced to Disorderly Conduct for Local Nurse

A Butler County client was charged with a second-degree DUI. The client was a nurse and could lose her nursing license because of the charges. We filed a suppression motion, and the client pleaded to misdemeanor 3 disorderly conduct.
