Dismissal For Man Driving Under A Suspended Driver’s License

Not long ago, a 30-year-old man was driving home from work, when he was pulled over and charged with driving under suspension. This suspended driver’s license citation took the man by complete surprise because he apparently failed to pay the required fee for an earlier traffic offense.
