DUI Charge Withdrawn

A 24-year-old man was charged with his first DUI in Westmoreland County. The man was a tattoo artist and a soldier for the National Guard with the ranking Specialist. He did not have any previous criminal history. Attorney Samir Sarna went to the magistrate’s office and got the charges withdrawn. Our client was then able to get into ARD which allowed his record to be expunged with him taking classes and paying final costs. Our client hired us in March and we went to court in April.
