Excellent customer service, you call the number and the attorney himself picks up and starts talking to you. He talked to me for about 20 minutes over the phone listening to the details of my case and making recommendations. His knowledge and input instantly put me at ease.

They’re also extremely transparent with pricing which is very rare and I was a little surprised at just how reasonable the price was.
