As a criminal defense attorney, Nathan Fulk handles cases on the state and federal level, including DUI charges, violent crimes, sex crimes, drug crimes, and many others.
Attorney Fulk believes that you are worth more than the worst thing you’ve ever done. With this mindset, he empathizes with his clients and sees them based on the people they are, not the crimes they’re accused of. After graduating from the University at Buffalo in 2010, Nathan began working in the banking industry in the wake of the economic downturn. However, he desired a more meaningful career and pursued his law degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Upon graduation in 2018, Nathan began his legal career working for The Lindsay Law Firm, PC taking both civil and criminal cases. Here, he had the opportunity to assist wrongfully convicted people in getting out of prison.
After his experience working in both civil and criminal cases, Nathan wanted to focus solely on criminal defense. This led him to accept a position at Worgul, Sarna & Ness Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC.
When he’s not out fighting your charges, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, a challenging chess match, or playing tennis.
