Allegheny County Woman’s DUI Charge Expunged

A 60-year-old woman from Allegheny County was charged with her first DUI offense. She was cited for a high BAC level of .216 – over the legal Pennsylvania limit of .08. The woman had been a security guard for 16 years and was recently retired. She was supported by her two daughters.
