Misdemeanor Charges Reduced for Pittsburgh Man

A 36-year-old Pittsburgh accountant had a few drinks after work and took the trolley home to the South Hills area. A nearby police officer witnessed him relieve himself next to his car and approached the vehicle to investigate.
