Simple Assault Case Thrown Out

Our offices were contacted by a 30-year-old military man who was accused of simple assault in a situation in November 2013. He missed his case and was notified of the warrant out for his arrest. The victim in the domestic situation was unavailable that day and the officer did not remember the case, resulting in the case being withdrawn.
