Man With Two Pennsylvania Speeding Tickets Spared Six Points, Fines, Other Penalties

A 23-year-old man from Ford City recently received two Pennsylvania speeding tickets. The young man was charged with driving 17 and 16 mph over, both in a zone legally marked as 65 mph. The man had no points on his record but was facing significant penalties as a result of these three-point speeding tickets.
