Mercer County Man Facing Felony Theft Charge, Cleared In Motorcycle Theft Case

A 36-year-old Mercer County man recently requested the legal services of Worgul, Sarna & Ness, Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC. The man was accused of entering into an agreement to buy a motorcycle and not paying the full amount. Consequently, the man was charged with theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking. The man was unemployed and had some limited criminal history on his background. A client of our firm, he was looking to keep a felony theft charge off of his record.
